Front Porch Project
Every family finds its own way toward understanding — some faster, some slower, most of them messier than anyone expects. The Front Porch Project pairs you, one-on-one and in confidence, with someone who's already sat where you're sitting. No pamphlets, no lectures — just porch talk. A real conversation with a parent or ally who's walked this road before, who can hold your questions without judgment and your worries without rushing you past them. So... ring the bell; we'll meet you out on the porch.
BELONGING BEGINS SMALL.
Sometimes it starts with one safe conversation.
Then comes another person. Another chair. Another story. Before long, strangers become neighbors and neighbors become community.
PULL UP A CHAIR. THERE'S ROOM FOR YOU HERE.

Backyard Gatherings
Every community needs places where nobody has to explain why they belong. Backyard Gatherings are simple, relaxed get-togethers for LGBTQ+ people, families, friends, and allies to meet, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy being together. No program, no presentation, no pressure to be anything but yourself.
And what happens next? That’s up to the people who show up. Each gathering helps shape the next. Will it be a game night, a movie, an outing, a backyard evening, or something nobody has thought of yet? The point isn’t what we do. It’s that, month by month, we keep making room for one another.
Come as you are. Help us decide where we go next.
